Much as I admire Celia Imrie's acting, this autobiography did not live up to expectations. For non-fiction, it lacked organization of the material and, with there being no index at the back, it was difficult to re-check on the detail of all the many references to people and places, fascinating, glamorous and exotic though the subject matter was, on the surface at least. I particularly enjoyed her account of the making of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.
