This is Glen's final release, and it has some very fine moments on it,and it's a truly fitting way for him to finish out. The man has put out so many albums in his career ( not all of of them good), but to be able to put this one out while suffering from his deepening Alzheimer condition is truly amazing. Here he and his old session mates, the Wrecking Crew do some new songs, Hey Little One,There Is No Me... Without You,and some old favourites, Wichita Lineman,Galveston, and a very sly version of Rhinestoned Cowboy. To my mind this is some of the best music he has ever put out,and some of the best sung versions of his old classic's.
