I was worried about this being too easy, because I thought the leg portion of Leah Sarago's "Total Body Workout" wasn't very difficult. But this is pretty challenging, especially on the quads! Very similar to the type of work done at PureBarre and Barre3 studios. Some of the positions are a little hard to get down (it can be a somewhat difficult to see how Leah is positioned due to some camera angles). But a great workout. You do need a sturdy chair (or sofa back) to approximate "the barre"—a dining room chair will do.

Excellent workout. May be a bit challenging for novices, but if you are looking for something other than the standard exercises, this one is for you.

Excellent workout. I felt strengthened in my core. My legs look and feel toned. New moves I've never seen before. I will continue doing this workout.
