If you make and share anything from "Marshmallow Madness, prepare for the inevitable question: "you can MAKE marshmallows?" Indeed, you can. And, following Shauna Sever's excellent and unambiguous instructions, you'll get amazing results on your first batch.

The author explicitly states which brands of ingredients she recommends, the exact temperatures required, which mixer setting to use and for how long. Above all, the book charms readers with its squishy covers, beautiful and vibrant photos and witty, sweet writing. The recipes range from classic vanilla to concord grape to creative combos like maple bacon. The book also includes a section of desserts that utilize marshmallows as a component just in case you're not into eating an entire pan!
