please don't dishonor him i really like his character so yea im not a good guy liker at all and who cares about some murder i mean that'snor even the main picture hmppph
I don’t care much for Phantom any longer (you’re romanticizing a known murderer!!!), but I do like Ramin Karimloo, so it balances out a bit.
I'm not a great fan of musicals but I thoroughly enjoyed this one. It's amazing that this show was successfully pulled off at the Royal Albert Hall in such a short time. Hadley Fraser (Viscount Raoul de Chagny) gave a wonderful performance as Christine's other love interest but seems to have been pushed aside at the curtain calls and totally omitted in the "Making of ... " special feature; was there some discord among the cast or production crew?
I love this one. im a huge fan, Im in love with ramin Karimloo he plays an amazing Phantom. A must see. I am going to need to own this... its torture having to wait for it the library needs to get a couple more copy's.
I've enjoyed Webber's Phantom for years and so when I saw this on the shelf I scooped it up.
The production was nothing short of AMAZING -- especially as a stage production. It made the movie version made a few years back look incredibly superficial and weak.
This production made HUGE Phantom fans out of my kids too. Yeah! :) So much so, I've had 3 requests to go see it live as graduation presents AND two of my children have now made it their goal to BE in a production of the musical one day -- one as a violist, one as a vocalist!!!
It doesn't get much better than that!
Absolutely LOVED this!! I am huge fan of Phantom of the Opera (got to see it LIVE in Vancouver back in '91!) and this was a fabulous, live performance. The actress who played Christine was magnificent and I really liked the chemistry between her and Raoul. Watched it with my kids and now they cannot stop humming all the tunes. I highly recommend this!
best performance I've seen!
Much better than a movie
Very well done movie. A pleasure to watch. I would recommend this movie for all to see. No fast forwarding on this one. No falling asleep on this DVD!!!!!
Tribute production to 25 years of the Phantom with an amazing new cast, and full orchestra. Even if you've seen it before, it is well worth watching again.
