This album has a bunch of "classic" Petra songs from the 1980's, completely re-recorded, with a slightly harder edge and updated sound. They are pretty faithful to the originals, unlike what Petra did with the DOUBLE TAKE album. I really liked the new praise song "Too Big to Fail". I suggested to our music leaders at church that we play this song. "Back to the Rock", another new one, is somewhat of a pun, with a return to the early 80's style paired with the title/refrain's reference to a portion of one of the Psalms. Overall, this is a nice album, with a good selection of songs. I never really cared for "Bema Seat", mainly because the use of the Greek word is a little strange to present to an unbelieving audience without blatant explanation (I feel the same way about "You Are I Am" as well, which is not on this album), and the newer version of "Angel of Light" lacks that ultra-dramatic drop-off near the end that the original studio version had.
