For all the marketers in the world concerned about how to effectively use social media to help promote their products, services, brand and conversations surrounding their company – this one is for you. The authors had a great sense of humour that they sprinkle throughout, and highlight at the end of each chapter in a direct commentary on the chapter – speaking to the reader “off the record”. This snippets are creative examples of the material in the preceding chapter – nicely done.
