This book has been immensely effective and helpful to me. It has helped me examine why I've been doing things the way I've been doing them, and to adjust some not helpful thinking and practices, replacing them with very practical habits. I'm writing a lot more frequently without feeling "stuck" as often. When I do feel stuck now, I've been integrating the author's question and answer method using first my dominant and then my non-dominant hand; this really works well to get things flowing again. I very highly recommend this book.
