I so remember the Rosenthals from when I was a child. Even then I had a feeling things were not as they seemed to be according to the TV. Maybe I heard adults around me talking about the case. This book will be very interesting to anyone whose childhood was affected by their story. Highly recommended.

As ever with Doctorow it is well written and interesting but it lacked a certain spark.
