Loved the concept! What if we could really experience each other's life? Would we appreciate more, have more compassion? Truly love no matter the race, religion or gender, this is what this movie is about. A wonderful glimpse of what could be.

Based on the book by David Leviathan, the 2018 film Everyday follows Rhiannon as she falls in love with A, a mysterious spirit that lives in a different body everyday. I truly felt like this movie had some major potential. The acting was really good but the story just wasn't able to get me to root for the characters. The ending seemed really rushed and left me unsatisfied. I wished the stakes were higher, with Nathan playing a bigger role similar to how it was in the book. Movies based on books don't have to follow the book word for word, but rather adapt and improve on what was already written, making it come to life. I personally felt that Everyday just didn't do that. 2 Stars @Ruby_Tuesday of the Teen Review Board of the Hamilton Public Library

A delightful romance story with a unique twist. I watched it twice. Once on my own and again with a ten year old. Nothing objectionable or innapropriate. The story concept of waking up every day in a different body is unique. I wasn't previously aware that the movie was based on a book, but I very much enjoyed the movie for what it is.

The story was cute and would be emotional if you can get past thinking about how unrealistic it is. To me, the concept of someone waking up in a different body every day is very strange, but I watched the movie just to check it out. It was rather interesting - the characters were complex, the acting was very good - but the plot was sometimes confusing and hard to follow. There were some good themes presented in the film, like friendship, family, and relationships, but it sometimes seemed a little far-fetched. This would definitely not be a go-to recommendation, but it's worth the watch if you're looking for a new twist on the sappy teen romance narrative.

Rhiannon and 'A' are kindred spirits that seem destined to be together, but 'A's tendency to shift from one body to the next makes their relationship difficult with an uncertain future.

"Overall, I thought it was a good movie. I had some issues, but I was also thinking of the book and how the book handled certain things in the story, which I thought the movie changed for no particular reason..."

Good movie, good acting, good directing...but only three stars as I realized halfway through the movie that this movie is only good for those looking for an emotional impact. I was not in the mood for that so I lost interest. If you're looking for a good drama revolving around relationships kind of stuff, this should be a good movie for you.

I watched this movie in teathers i thought i wrote it down but maybe i had forgotten to write about it but it was too bad it wasn't in Brantford later i thought that they would have it in Simcoe cause Brantford is close to Brantford but they didn't have i thought if not Cambridge but they didn't have them either and Debbie Ryan stars in the movie What if and 16 candles but i wanted to watch it because it seemed like a really good movie and it was later i placed a hold on it it is about a girl who is in love with this guy i have not watched this movie yet i would had watched it today but we went to the Afrcan Lion Safari with our famliy today so i didn't get a chance to watch it today but i will tomorrow i still have time before i have to retrun it it is due this Saturday and i have some books to read witch i had not read any of them today cause i was gone all day today i totally forgot that Debbie Ryan stars in this movie thats why i wanted to watch this movie in theathers she stars as her sister the cool sister and did you know she stared in Jessie i have 2 books by Jessie it maybe hard to find them but i did first 1 i got was called Crush time 2 is jessie and in this movie she stars as the sister of the girl that plays in this movie and she isn't a good driver and her sister says you know i could drive and as she was drving ashe wasn't drving very well this one girl in the teather said oh my god and she laughed and she puts on makeup as she is drving that is not very safe at all when she says you know what eles needs oxygen your balls they said everyone laughed but didn;t get whats funny about it now i do not really funny just wearid andshe almost drvin into soemone hey whats going on there pointing to her haed dumbass and everyone laughed i just laughed a little and she droped her littel sister off to school i never noticed a playground when i watched it in teathers andi t is about a boy falling in love with a girl who is very pritty in theatres i heard let's end this day on a nice no i never heard on a nice note and says thats the nice note also you smell beter also your mouth teat better when don't smoke I would't even think he would smoke when i seen it in theathers and as she gets out of the car she goes inside her home and that girl looks a lot like my friend's Roberts Girlfriend and as she wakes up the next morning it says on her wall Amy as she sets the phone the time she has to get ready when a new girl walks up to her she asks her if she can shadow her i never heard anyone say that before and when we went to the theathers to see this movie my brother and i were the only ones there i just notied it later before the movie begain and when they enter the Science class she introduces her new friend Amy they she didn't say her name earlier and they sit beside each other in class werid as i think she should b e named Amy because she totally looks like my friend's girlfriend his sister is arowned my grade whlie her little brother is a lot younger that i am i never heard him say sure you don't mind and then he goes to his friends when Amy says hi to her friend Stephanie it was rude of her to not to say anything top het some girls did that to me in high school too like they would talk to me then later they would ignorme me like this girl from St John's ignored me when i said hi to her neather end ofthe school year for 2 years in a row in 2014 and 2015 it seemed like she said her name in a mean way because the way Renee looked at her.

True to the book in most aspects. Of course this is a hard novel to turn into a movie, but considering the nature of the narrator, it was done well.
