Good for what it is. A silly adventure horror. Surprising stars in this. Some laughable moments but enjoyable for what it is.

Silly, fun horror-comedy in the same vein as "Dale & Tucker vs. Evil" - lots of relatively famous TV stars is this movie about a group of LARP (Live Action Role Play) aficionados that find themselves battling a real demon ( as well as a handful of redneck paintballers). Loads of assorted references throughout make for a fun film featuring Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones), Summer Glau (Firefly, Sarah Conner Chronicles) , Margarita Levieva (Revenge, The Blacklist), Dani Pudi (Community), Jimmi Simpson (Westworld), among others.

I had lite fun with this,
...and enjoyed learning something about the sub-culture of LARPing.

This is actually way better than it had any right to be. Highly enjoyable. Peter Dinklage and Danny Pudi are in it, and if you love those guys, you should probably watch this.

Really enjoyed this! Plenty of laugh out loud moments mixed with horror. Fun, a bit silly, and well worth the watch.

LARPers to the rescue. This quirky film is less funny than it tries to be, but kept me engaged especially when it kills off one of the main actors in the first 40 minutes. Summer Glau and Steve Zahn raise the ante, but perhaps takes itself a little too seriously.

Funny, but strange as Steve Zahn movies are. If you are looking for humour bordering on silly then you will enjoy this movie

Silly fun in the vein of "Tucker and Dale vs Evil" (though not quite as good).

But if you've never even heard of LARPing then you're probably better off skipping this.

A really funny movie. Maybe the other commenters have never played an RPG, or don't have experience with nerd culture, but as someone who has, it was a really great movie.

Worst movie I have ever seen. I know people use this hyperbole all the time, but I really mean it. Such an awful film.
