I listened to this audio book several times and learned something new each time. As always, Pema is practical, concise, helpful, relatable, amusing and inspiring.

Excellent material spoken by one who has lived the modern life (a working single mom with children). Pema is now age 75 and has been studying Buddhism for several decades.

She takes timeless concepts from the 2500-year old viewpoints of Buddhism and applies them to our modern struggles. Contains powerful ideas about how to stay in the present and get unstuck from persistent uneasiness.
