A very straightforward guide to receiving feedback. It includes getting past mental barriers such as the feedback being wrong, who the feedback is coming from, seeing what the giver could possibly mean, and more.
Useful book. Employees and employers need to take the time to learn the differences between coaching, evaluation and feedback..this book is bit overly long but it's useful to managers who have to learn how to work with employees who are not easy to manage.
A profoundly useful book. Don't pigeon hole this simple and helpful book into the "BUSINESS & ECONOMICS" subject area. If you take their useful advice and guidance to heart, this book will help you in all communications and possibly all relationships. If you think it's possible that you might need some help learning from feedback, rather than running from it, please do yourself a favor and read this book.
